Looking to stock your freezer with high-quality, locally raised beef? At Grossman Farms, we offer bulk beef by the quarter, half, or whole. Here’s how it works:
Pricing Breakdown
You pay $4.30 per pound of hanging weight to Grossman Farms.

We deliver your order to a local USDA-certified butcher, where you’ll pay an additional approximately $1.00 per pound directly to them. This extra fee covers the custom processing of your order.

Because you can choose how your beef is cut and packaged, the final cost may vary slightly depending on your preferences.

Note:
The final edible meat you receive will be about 60% of the hanging weight.
